Refund policy

We hope that you truly love your purchase from GEMMIES. However, if you would like to return an item, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise must arrive back at the GEMMIES studio no more than 20 days after initial order date. All returns must be in 100% new condition with all original tags in place. Please ensure the item is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. You can select an exchange or store credit for the value of your returned item. Sorry - no refunds on any orders.
